The Billiard Club KEIGHT hosted an international tournament for juniors in Trencin. It was attended by 35 players from Poland, The Czech Republic and Slovakia. The winner was Kamil Sząszor (PL), who beat Bohdan Ivanets ( CZ) 6:5.
International pyramid tournament finished with the victory of Vadim Polevoi, performing under the flag of the German national team. According to the agreement of the billiard federations of Poland, Slovakia and Czech Republic an international tournament for junior players will take place in Trencin (Slovakia), June 8-9 2013. Slovakian Billiard Association was the host of Junior Cup - Kretschmar-Durius Memerial wich was the competition of junior teams. It was decided that the name of the tournament will be International Junior Cup and only boys will play there. Maximally 32 players may start in 9-ball individual competition. Entry fee is 10 Euro. More information will be announced on 10 May.
In Portoroz in Slovenia has just ended the European Championships in Pool Billiard (Dynamic European Championships for men, women and wheelchairs). Players from Eastern Europe and Balkans Region got 15 medals.
