The board of the East European Billiard Council met (online) on Friday. We adopted the financial report for 2023, discussed the sports plan and completed the composition of the management board. Balas Alexandru from Romania became the new director. Budget analysis shows that fixed expenses related to the operation of EEBC (office rent, administration, banking, IT, website, business trips, meetings) do not exceed 14%. Therefore, the organization allocates approximately 86% to sports and program activities.

Zarząd East European Billiard Council zebrał się ( internetowo) w piątek. Przyjęliśmy sprawozdanie finansowe za 2023 rok, omówiliśmy plan sportowy i uzupełniliśmy skład zarządu. Nowym dyrektorem został Alexandru Balas z Rumunii. Analiza budżetu pokazuje, że wydatki stałe, związane z działaniem EEBC ( czynsz biuro, administracja, bankowe,IT, strona internetowa, przyjazdy służbowe, zebrania) nie przekraczają 14%. Organizacja przeznacza zatem ok. 86% na działania sportowe-programowe. Dla przykładu w EPBF takie wydatki wynioszą ok. 50% budżetu.
