The Albanian Billiards Federation hosted the third EEBC Summer Conference. Our friends tried very hard to make the stay of guests attractive. We talked about sports and billiards in Albania with the management of the multisport club "Flamurtari", the owners of King Club Billard and the head of the federation.

We visited Tirana, Vlore, Palaze, Sazan Island and Kruja. We felt the Balkan hospitality, cuisine and the charms of nature. We swam in the warm waters of the Ionian and Adriatic Seas. The Albanian Olympic Committee lent us a bus. Thank you Edmond, Roland and Vjola for a wonderful stay.

Albańska Federacja Bilardowa była gospodarzem trzeciej Letniej Konferencji EEBC. Nasi przyjaciele bardzo się starali, aby pobyt gości był atrakcyjny. O sporcie i bilardzie w Albanii rozmawialiśmy z kierownictwem klubu multisportowego "Flamurtari",

Pardubice Open has winners.

For the eighth time, a large international billiards event took place in Pardubice.

In the main tournament, the winner was Radosław Babica (PL). In the final he defeated Petr Urban (CZ). Mariusz Skoneczny (PL) and Sambor Stachowiak (PL) also reached the podium.

Among the ladies, the best was Kristina Grim (SK) ahead of Izabela Łącka (PL) and Yvonne Ullmann-Hybler (GER) and Veronika Hubrtova (CZ).Dominik Jastrząb (PL) triumphed in the EEBC Junior Cup. The following places were taken by: Matous Vlk (CZ), Dominik Regieli (PL) and Wiktor Fortuński (PL).

The vice-mayor of the City of Pardubice and the president of the EEBC attended the opening of the event.

Pardubice Open ma zwycięzców.

He was the best player in the 2023 European Championship. He finished the competition with two gold and two bronze medals. We are talking about Wojciech Szewczyk. However, in the third clash with his club colleague Daniel Macioł, he had to recognize his superiority again. Daniel defeated Wojtek 6:2 in the final of the Grand Prix of Poland Brześć Słomka Ptysiowa POL TOUR 10-Ball played in the Strefa club in Łódź. Dominik Jastrząb and Michał Muklewicz made themselves known again, taking third places.

“I played a good tournament. I had some luck and a successful break. I am happy with the victory and another successful final with Wojtek,” said Daniel.In total, 104 billiard players participated in the competition.

W mistrzostwach Europy 2023 był najlepszym zawodnikiem. Rywalizację zakończył dwoma złotymi medalami i dwoma brązowymi. Mowa o Wojciechu Szewczyku. Jednak w trzecim starciu z klubowym kolegą Danielem Maciołem musiał ponownie uznać jego wyższość. W finale Grand Prix Polski Brześć Słomka Ptysiowa POL TOUR 10-Bil rozegranym w klubie Strefa w Łodzi Daniel pokonał Wojtka  6:2. Ponownie dali o sobie znać Dominik Jastrząb i Michał Muklewicz zajmując trzecie lokaty.

Last sunday, 119 young pool players took part in the National Event Junior-Tour. The best in boys division were: 1. Dominik Homza ( Green Club Gdańsk), 2. Marcin Chmiel ( Green Club),3. A.Lewicki (TCF Hub Kraków i J. Hajduk (Nosan Kielce).

The best in girls division: 1. M. Rybak (UKS Promyk Czerniewice), 2. H.Szychta (UKS Snikers Rękoraj), K. Muślewska ( UKS Dragon Janowiec Wielkopolski) i M. Matjas (UKS Miłek Wiślica).Medals, cups and prizes were presented by the president of the East European Billiard Council, Marcin Krzemiński, and the president of the Polish Billiards Association, Dariusz Kobacki.Congratulations to the medalists and their parents and trainers, and we would like to thank the City of Lodz Office for their support.

W klubie Frame w Łodzi, w ramach narodowego turnieju Junior Tour rywalizowało 85 chłopców i 34 dziewczyny. Zwyciężyli: 1. Dominik Homza ( Green Club Gdańsk), 2. Marcin Chmiel ( Green Club),3. The CMBS team defeated the SBiZ team 11:8. The match took place at the Autokomplex Menćik car showroom in Prague. The Federal CUP has been organized for 11 years. The billiard associations of Slovakia and the Czech Republic nominate players to the competition. This is one of the examples of regional cooperation promoted by the EEBC. Congratulations on a successful event.  

Reprezentacja CMBS pokonała 11:8 reprezentację SBiZ. Spotkanie odbyło się w salonie samochodowym Autokomplex Menćik w Pradze. Federal CUP jest organizowany od 11 lat. Do rywalizacji zgłaszają zawodników bilardowe związki Słowacji i Czech.To jeden z przykładów regionalnej współpracy promowanej przez EEBC. Gratulujemy udanej imprezy.

Sergii Holiev is a new EEBC Pyramid Champion. He beat Ihor Dubienko in the final 4:2. Bronze medals went to Evgeny Rybak ( Olimp Wroclaw) and Jalo Kotinurmi ( Finland).

The EEBC Championship of West and Central Europe took place in Olimp Club in Wroclaw (POL). 32 players from Austria, Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Spain and Finland participated in it.

“I didn't expect to win this tournament. My friends and sister believed in me more” said Holiev.

“ It was a first pyramid event organized by EEBC in 2023. Players last time meet in Torrevieja (ESP) in October 2022. After the 7 months break we back to the game. I’m very happy that Poland invited” said Konstantin Kovalevsky from Germany.

Nowym mistrzem Europy Zachodniej i Centralnej w piramidę został Sergii Holiev z Wiednia. Zawodnik  z Austrii pokonał w finale Ihora Dubienko  4 : 2.  Brązowe medale wywalczyli Evgeny Rybak (Olimp Wrocław) i Jalo Kotinurmi (Finlandia).  Mistrzostwa EEBC odbyły się w klubie Olimp we Wrocławiu. Rywalizowało w nich 32 zawodników z 6 państw ( Austria, Polska, Niemcy, Czechy, Hiszpania i Finlandia).

Mistrzostwa Europy Centralnej i Zachodniej w Piramidę otwarł prezes EEBC Marcin Krzeminski. W klubie Olimp we Wrocławiu rywalizuje 32 bilardzistów z 6 państw.

2023 EEBC Pyramid Championship ( European Championship of West and Central Europe) will be held in Olimp Club in Wroclaw in days 20-21 May. 36 players from Germany, Spain, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic and Austria will fight of the main tittles.

Mistrzostwa Europy Zachodniej i Centralnej w Piramidę odbędą się we Wrocławiu w dniach 20-21 maja w klubie Olimp. Do gry zgłosiło się 36 zawodników z Niemiec, Hiszpanii, Finlandii, Czech, Polski i Austrii.  Gry rozpoczną się w sobotę ok. godz. 10.30. Mistrza EEBC poznamy w niedzielę po południu.
