Cristea Ovidiu became the winner of Chicago Open 10-Ball tournament organized in Botosani (Romania) on 20-21.07.2013. Amongst 64 players who took part in the competition were e.g. the winners of Dynamic Best of the East - Melkonyan Babken and Cyprian Gindać. On the podium stood also R. Braga, I. Ladanyi and C. Surdea. The best junior became Danilo Ionescu and amongst ladies the best were Madalina Ciocan and Michaela Gheorgiu. The prize pool was 2 450 Euro.

The tournament organized by Romanian Billiard Organization and Chicago Club was under the patronage of EBC.
