Konrad Juszczyszyn from ERG Folie Bierun DSB Lubin became the winner of the International Dynamic Pyramid Championships of Poland which took place in Kielce on 9-10 January 2016 . In the final match defeated Piotr Ostrowski from Lipinski Dachy Tomaszow Mazowiecki. Piotr Kudlik (Folie Bierun DSB Lubin) and Mariusz Skoneczny (Lipinski Dachy Tomaszow Mazowiecki) got the bronze medals.

23 players from 10 Polish billiard clubs and Slovakia and Italy came to Kielce Billiard Centre. Championships in “dynamic” pyramid were organized for the first time. The champion – Konrad Juszczyszyn played 5 matches and defeated following opponents: Lubomir Pindiak (SK) 2:0, Antonio Quarta (ITA) 2:0, Norbert Zelazko (PL) 2:0, Piotr Kudlik (PL) 2:0 and Piotr Ostrowski (PL) 2:1. The runner-up – Piotr Ostrowski in his first match won 2:1 with Jakub Koscielniak (PL), then defeated Sebastian Zawada (PL) 2:0, Marcin Krzeminski (PL) 2:0 and in semifinal Mariusz Skoneczny (PL) 2:0.

It was a big pleasure to watch all the players having fun with playing pyramid which is still not very popular in Poland but pool billiard players are getting more and more interested in this discipline. Thanks to East European Billiard Council few hundreds of people had a chance to play this game. Kielce and Lublin are the only places in Poland where players can play at professional tables. In this season players can start in Pyramid Championships of EEBC (April/May) and Polish Championships in Open Pyramid.
